This time, we'd like to introduce our rental services. We have three rental services; these are- Loaner unit, PAT Rental and Subscription. We'll explain you about the differences between our services. Why don't we dive into the next paragraph for a bit of discovery?

《What is "Member-Only Service"?》

It's a service limited to members of the KAWAMURA Platinum Club. We offer our members a variety of services to enhance their experience and help them in daily activities.

１．Loaner Unit

The loaner unit is a service that allows customers and users to try out our products before purchasing them. This service can be used in a variety of situations, such as when you want to actually hold the product in your hands and use it, or when you want to compare it with other products.

Rental Fee：   Free !
Rental Reservation： App. 10 days
Products Available for Service： All of our products (some products are not available for service)
Who can use this service : Everyone 

２．PAT Rental - Pacific Assistive Technology Rental- 

PAT Rental (Pacific Assistive Technology Rental), is a service for those who want to use our product for medium to long term. For example- someone wants  to use this product temporarily for a certain period of time or wants to use this product but I cannot purchase it with public funds and also it is difficult to purchase it with his own funds.

Rental Fee：   Paid Service (amount varies depending on product used)
Rental Reservation ：   1 month to 3 months (no extension)
Who can use this service :   Member-Only Service

We, the Pacific Supply Co., Ltd. have started a subscription service that combines "service" and "product" in addition to selling "product" as we have done in the past. We want to stay connected with our customers for a long time so that they can continue to use our products safely, securely and comfortably. With keeping this philosophy in mind we provide our services. We offer this service to individuals, cooporations, and O&P workshops.

Rental Fee ： Paid Service (amount varies depending on product used)
Rental Reservation ： 1 month to anual basis (period varies depending on product used)

1. Viewing of Videos, Educational Contents　
   Kawamura Academy, our on-demand streaming platform for education, is available to access for free !
2. Online Consultation
   Our specialists for each product are available online to help you with questions such as "I'm not sure how to use and install this product" or "How can we fit this product to the patient?". We will provide you with easy-to-understand and detailed explanations of any concerns or uncertainties that may arise while using our product!
3. Periodic Check-Up
   Periodic check-up is performed based on the number of times and years of use. Of course, the cost is included in the monthly fee !
