This time, we're going to introduce you to our services, especially for Molift products. Molift is one of Etac's brands of ergonomic lifts, slings, and transfer assistive devices that enable safe and comfortable transfers for both caregivers and users. Pacific Supply offers two types of services: one for purchasers and another for rental. Why don't you take a glimpse into our services and features?

Molift Platinum Club / Service for Purchasers

We offer our special services only to “Molift Platinum Club” members who have purchased Molift products and registered with the club. These services are designed to ensure the long and safe use of Molift products. We'll introduce you to the details of our services filled with the hope that "our services will help to protect all caregivers from back pain and make transfers more comfortable for our customers." 

1. First-Year Inspection Service

We will conduct a free product inspection within one year of delivery. The inspection will be performed in person, online, or by pick-up depending on the situation and requirements. Repairs that require parts replacement are also free of charge if they are covered by the product warranty.

*A fee will be charged if the repair is due to misuse.

2. Periodic Inspection Service (Smart 150, Mover 180, Mover 205, Quick Raiser 1 and Quick Raiser 2)

The Molift Brand lifts have a built-in service system. When the system determines that maintenance is required, the customer is notified by a change in the service light or an audible warning.

If the service light changes or the warning has occurred, please get in touch with us at any time. Depending on the situation, we will schedule a free inspection in person or online.

*If the inspection results define the need for repair or replacement of parts, the cost of parts, labor, and shipping will be charged.
*Examples of system activation include “low battery” and “when the lift has been used more than 10,000 times”. 
  ->If the lift is used more than 10,000 times, the actuator will need to be replaced.

3. Basic Seminar

We will conduct up to two free seminars after the delivery to help facility personnel learn how to use the lift. The seminars are conducted in person by our instructor or online.

* The second seminar is conducted at the time of the inspection in the first year (can be discussed).

Molift Support Pack / Service for Purchasers

The Molift Support Pack is a special service that provides various types of support necessary for the long-term use of Molift products.

The Molift Support Pack offers the following 7 services:
  1. Inspection and Maintenance by our specialists
  2. Consultation
  3. Molift Customer Support Center opens for members
  4. Repair service is Free
  5. 10% discount on the battery fee (one unit/year)
  6. Online Support
  7. Custom Seminar (once/ year)
Price: 19,800 JPY including Tax/ year

Various types of Molift care lifts are available through a subscription service. The fixed price includes product explanation at the time of installation, annual maintenance inspection and replacement of consumable parts.

● Available from only 1 sling sheet
Online support from our professional instructors
"One-year replacement service" is available for long-term use for peace of mind.
The first-month fee is free for a first-time user. The subscription fee will not be charged if the rented product is returned within one month.
