Overview: The 7th Molift Holders Meeting
On May 25th, we held the 7th Molift Holders Meeting online.
This event provides an opportunity for both those interested in care lifts and current users to deepen their understanding of the products through presentations on implementation and practical use cases.
Now in its 7th edition, this time we featured presentations from three facilities: a facility for persons with disabilities, a special nursing home for the elderly, and a fee-based nursing home with care services. A total of 22 participants attended the event from 9 prefectures across Japan.

Presentation 1: Cho-ko-En Support Center for Persons with Disabilities (Saga Prefecture)

They shared their efforts to make lift transfers more accessible and user-friendly, with the aim of establishing them as the standard method of transfer within the facility. This included creative ideas for organizing the placement of slings and instructional materials.
Presentation 2: Yuunagi-no-Sato Special Nursing Home for the Elderly (Kyoto Prefecture)

They presented a case study of toilet transfers using a lift, specifically with a toileting sling and a sit-to-stand lift. They also shared how the case was carefully considered through repeated care team meetings and discussions among various professionals, including physicians.
Presentation 3: Pacific Suppy Co., Ltd.

Under the title " Molift Lineup and How to Get Started," we introduced the product lineup as well as two implementation options: purchase and subscription.
Summary & Information on the Next Meeting
During the open and informal discussion between presenters and participants, several questions were raised, including where to place lifts within the facility, the physical changes observed in users as a result of lift transfers, and procedures for changing disposable diapers during toilet transfers using lifts.
Facilities that have already implemented lifts shared their insights and advice based on their own experiences. We also learned that continuous effort and ongoing improvements are necessary not only at the time of introduction, but also afterward, to establish lift transfers as a standard practice within the facility.
The next Molift Holders Meeting is scheduled to be held in November 2025.
Details will be announced on our website and official social media channels (in Japanese only).
