From 2026, May 27 has been established as “Prosthetics and Orthotics Day.“

This commemorative day was created with the aim of raising public awareness of prosthetics and orthotics in society, and was established primarily by The Japanese Academy of Prosthetists and Orthotists (JAPO), the Japan Orthotics Prosthetics Association (JOPA), and the Japanese Council of Educators in Prosthetics and Orthotics.

Prosthetics and orthotics are a part of our customers’ bodies.

We hope that more people will come to understand these important devices, as well as the specialized profession of prosthetists and orthotists who provide them.

We will continue to support our customers’ lives with reliable skills and sincere dedication.
