What is the National Federation of PTAs of Special Needs Schools for Students with Physical Disabilities (Zen-shi P-Ren)?
The National Federation of PTAs of Special Needs Schools for Students with Physical Disabilities is an organization established to promote cooperation among the PTAs of special needs schools for students with physical disabilities throughout Japan, while also advancing and improving special needs education and education for students with physical disabilities nationwide.
